1. A Director of Education (DOE) is needed for a career college in sunny Tampa, FL. The college has 900 students and would like someone with a master’s degree along with experience running allied medical programs. This is school is growing fast. Great opportunity.

2. An Assistant DOE is needed for a career college in Columbus, OH. The qualified candidate would report to the Director of Education but will still have some managerial responsibilities. A degree is required as well as experience as a DOE, Dean or assistant DOE.

3. We have several well known career colleges who are seeking well seasoned DOEs for locations throughout the mid-Atlantic and southeast. A degree is mandatory. An advanced degree is preferred. This is a regionally accreditated operation. On going searches.

4. A well known and well respected career college is seeking a strong DOE (Director of Education) in Richmond, VA and Columbus, OH. Both positions require a master’s degree in education as well as a strong background in running an RN program. Experience with other allied medical programs is a plus. Candidates also need a background in faculty development, faculty observations and student satisfaction.

5. A Director of Education is needed for a start-up in Salt Lake City, UT. This school will open in April. The school director is already in place and looking for an experienced DOE. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory as well as is experience as a DOE in a career school. Interviews are being conducted presently.

6. A private Career College with two locations in Washington DC and also in VA has an immediate need for an Academic Dean. This individual will oversee all faculty, library and IT lab for two campuses. Experience with mid-Atlantic accreditation is preferred. A master’s degree with an ABD (all but dissertation on PhD thesis), a PhD or an EdD is required.

7. Great position for a Dean of the Business School. This individual must have experience running business department at a for-profit college or university. An advanced degree, such as a Doctorate in business administration is preferred. Five years of experience is required. The school has 600 students, both on-line and traditional. Mid-Atlantic accreditation experience also required.

8. A good client company needs a DOE for a 350 student allied medical school in Philadelphia. A masters is required and they'll relocate. Salary is open although a lower range candidate would have the advantage in a smaller school like this.
