What Happens If I Apply and You Are Representing My School?

That's a good question.  If you apply for a position personally or make a recommendation of a potential candidate who is presently working in or with one of our client companies, we will not be able to present your background.  The only exception is if your college knows that you are seeking a new position.

Your information will not be sent to any other client until you inform us that your circumstances have changed.  It must be made clear that you are either no longer with our client company or you have notified them of your intention to leave.

At no time will we jeopardize your current position with your company or any of your future companies.  Your information will remain completely confidential at ALL times.

We have been in business for well over 25 years and have never had a breach of confidentiality on our part.

BE ADVISED HOWEVER THAT YOU SHOULD ALWAYS PROTECT YOURSELF AS WELL.  IF YOU CORRESPOND THROUGH EMAIL AT WORK, BE SURE THAT YOUR EMAIL IS TRULY YOUR OWN AND THAT NO ONE FROM YOUR COMPANY HAS THE ABILITY TO MONITOR YOUR EMAIL.

IN ADDITION, AS A HEADHUNTER WARNING, IT IS NOT ADVISABLE FOR YOU TO EVER SUBMIT YOUR RESUME ONLINE TO ANY OUTSIDE SERVICES LIKE MONSTER.COM OR ANY SIMILAR OR RELATED IF YOU ARE PRESENTLY WORKING.

When you submit your resume to us, it stays with us (us meaning the people and partners in our firm).  Even if you are not qualified for a specific position, your resume will remain confidentially on file.  We will NEVER email or send your resume anywhere without your permission first.

This only makes sense.  We are recruiting for specific positions.  We hope you will work with us exclusively to protect your own confidentiality, but if you choose not to, we have no right to submit your resume without your knowledge anyway.  We just want you to be assured of that.
