Experience in a large school, fast-paced environment is preferable as well as a working knowledge of CampusVue. This individual will supervise 2-3 other employees and be responsible for all student records. A bachelor’s degree is required. 




DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL AID - Career College in Jacksonville, FL is looking for a DFA to manage a small department in a growing school. This individual will work closely with a third party server to ensure all paperwork is accurate and meets with accreditation.

REGIONAL STUDENT FINANCE MANAGER - Regional Student Finance Manager. This person is responsible for overseeing all non-title four funding and ensuring compliance with accreditation. An aptitude in accounting is preferred as well as a bachelor’s degree. This position is located in Cincinnati, OH.

Our client, a branch for profit career college campus with about 1000 students, is in need of an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs in the North Miami Florida area.

The position will oversee the following:  School Deans, Academic Department Directors, Academic Program chairs, Registrar, Supply Store Manager, Director of Technology, LRC personnel, Administrative Personnel, Faculty and interacts with the entire range of personnel. Outside contacts may include community and professional leaders as well as other educators.

The qualified candidate will have a Master's degree in Education with Doctoral degree being strongly preferred.


A minimum of 10 years of increasingly responsible experience in Education, with considerable academic management experience, preferably in a proprietary school setting.


Fiscal and personnel management experience.


Skills:


Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Strong interpersonal skills with supervisor and staff populations.

Our large, well established career college client needs an Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for one of their smaller branch campuses in Southwestern Idaho.  This is an existing, smaller start up campus poised for growth. 

The qualified candidate will have worked in a for-profit, career college environment in a similar position.  An individual in this position assists the Campus Head of Academic Affairs in the effective management and supervision of the Academic Affairs Department. S/he will provide counsel to the Academic Affairs Campus Head as needed and support and utilize the recommendations made by the Campus Head Dean and Executive Committee. The incumbent must assure that the companies philosophy: quality services to clients; development, growth, involvement, and recognition of employees; and sound economic principles are upheld.
