Admissions:

School Director in Charlottesville, VA. This position is a small school that offers programs in massage therapy and esthetics. The appropriate candidate should have management experience in the school industry, a degree and preferably a background in natural health education. Candidates are not limited to school directors. Individuals with a strong background as a DOE or DOA may be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement.

School Director in Aurora, CO which is within commuting distance of the Denver area. This position, like the VA position, is open to candidates with a background as a DOE or DOA. All applicants must have a degree, some management experience in the career school industry and preferably have experience in a growth oriented environment.

1. Several DOAs are needed in schools throughout FL. These positions require a degree, experience as a DOA and preferably some large school experience.

2. Strong DOA in NJ. Mid -sized school.  No degree is needed just a strong background in admissions. 

3. Senior DOA Greenville, SC for a mid-sized career college.  Must have a college degree.

4. DOAs needed in Merrillville, IN, South Bend, IN and Atlanta, GA. These positions require a solid background as a DOA and a college degree.

5. Regional H.S. admissions manager that will be based in Cincinnati, OH. This position requires extensive experience supervising a group of high school field reps. A degree is needed.


Financial Aid/Finance:

1.Director of Student Accounts. This position will be based in Atlanta, GA. Qualified candidate will monitor all activity on student accounts including collection, recording and customer service. 

2. Senior Registrar for school in Largo, FL which is close to Tampa. All candidates should have a solid background as a registrar with a career college. Experience in a large school, fast-paced environment is preferable as well as a working knowledge of CampusVue. This individual will supervise 2-3 other employees and be responsible for all student records. A bachelor’s degree is required. 

3. DFA in Cincinnati, OH. All candidates must have a degree and DFA experience.  DFA position also available in GA.

4. DFA to manage a small department in a growing school. This individual will work closely with a third party server to ensure all paperwork is accurate and meets with accreditation.

School Presidents/ Directors:

1. School Director:  FL. The position requires an individual with a solid background as a school director, a master’s degree is required and a PhD is preferred. An individual with experience in regional accreditation is also preferred. This campus currently has over 300 students and is growing.  Relocation is available.

2. School Directors needed in the mid-Atlantic and southern states. Must have a degree and experience as a school director in a successful career school. Stability is also very important.

3. School Director Nashville, TN. This position requires a degree, preferably an advanced degree, a strong background as a school director and preferably knowledge of allied medical programs.

4. Campus Presidents needed in Birmingham, AL, Merrillville, IN and Oklahoma City, OK. All candidates must have a strong background as a school director and a degree. Some of these schools are start ups. An advance degree is a plus.

5. Associate School Director that will work as a support person to the School Director. The associate will serve primarily in managing the educational side of the school operation as well as grant projects and student services. A master’s degree is preferred as well as a strong background in career school management. The position is located in Philadelphia PA.

1. DOE in Silver Springs, MD, which is a part of the DC metro area. They are looking for a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. A master’s is preferred. Relocation ok. All candidates must have experience as a DOE with a well respected school operation.

2. DOE in Cooksville, TN at a newly acquired school. This is an allied medical school that was acquired about a year ago. This position requires a degree, an advanced degree is preferred and a strong background as a DOE with an allied medical school. 

3. DOE in Scranton, PA. This school offers diploma and associates level degrees in a variety of areas, mostly related to allied health. This position requires an advanced degree, experience as a DOE and a stable work history. This is a smaller school but growth is planned in the near future.

4. OTA Site Coordinator in Quad Cities, IA. This position requires a degree in OTA, externship and teaching experience and an ability to work with a diverse student population. There is also an OTR faculty position in Tulsa, OK and a COTA Instructor in Boise, ID and Tucson, AZ. .

5. Instructor for a Physical Therapy Assistant program in Fort Wayne, IN. All candidates must have a bachelor’s degree. A master’s is preferred. 5 years in the P.T. profession is also needed as well as PT/PTA licensure and 0-2 years as an instructor/educator and a member in a professional organization. 

6. Surgical Technical Department head in Phoenix, AZ and Boise, ID.

7. PN administrator in Merrillville, IN, Indianapolis, IN and Albuquerque, NM. This individual must have experience running a PN program for a proprietary career college as well as be a licensed RN and have a strong background in teaching and education. A degree in nursing is also mandatory.

8. DOEs in Louisville, KY, Northern KY, Salina, KS, Oklahoma City, OK, Kansas City, KS and Boise, ID.

9. Academic Affairs Director in Philadelphia, PA. This person will be responsible for running all academic departments, overseeing faculty and program/curriculum development. A master’s is preferred, an undergraduate degree is required.

Director of Student Services and Career Services:

1. DCS in Southern Orlando, FL. This position requires a background as a DCS in a large school setting. Business to Business and staffing industry experience is also helpful. Other locations may also be available.

2. Director of student services in Boise, ID. This individual should have a degree and experience in placement or career services with a career college. Management experience is preferred.

Corporate/ Executive Positions:

1. Career Services Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a heavy background in career services for career schools to work at the corporate level. This individual will oversee all career service departments at about 25 campuses and will be based out of Cincinnati, OH. A background in CampusVue and past work experience as a registrar would be appropriate.

2. Regional Student Finance Manager. This person is responsible for overseeing all non-title four funding and ensuring compliance with accreditation. An aptitude in accounting is preferred as well as a bachelor’s degree. This position is located in Cincinnati, OH.

3. Regional Director of Financial Aid to be based out of Cincinnati, OH. This position requires an individual with a strong background in title four, compliance, F.A. regs, etc. All candidates must have at least five years of experience as a DFA and multi-site experience is strongly preferred as well as a background in CARS and CampusVue. A background in supervising and training.

The regional DOE would supervise all DOEs at four campuses in the Toronto area. A master’s degree or PhD or EdD is preferred. 6/9/10.

School Director, School President, Campus Director, Campus President Positions June 2010

School Presidents/ Directors:


1.Our client is in need of a school director in the Chicago market. The school just received title four and accreditation and this will be the first time they have hired a school director. This is a growth opportunity. The school has about 600 students. Experience with that size of school is preferred. All candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a school director in a for profit, career college and a four year college degree. 



2. One of our larger clients has a need for school directors in the mid-Atlantic and southern states. These schools vary in size, some with several hundred students and others with close to 1,000 students.  The qualified candidates must have a four year college degree and hands on, for profit, career college experience as a school director/president in a successful career school. Job stability is also very important.



3. Another large, well established client has a need for school directors throughout their system and especially in Baton Rouge, LA and Columbus, OH. They need a school director in LA a.s.a.p.   A four year college degree and for profit, career college, school director experience is needed. For the Columbus, OH position experience is preferred in nursing. 



4. Do you have start up experience as a Campus President / School Director?  Then you are in great demand.  Our large client is seeking Campus Presidents in Alabama, Ohio (high importance), Indiana,  and Oklahoma.   All candidates must have a strong background as a school director and a four year college degree. Some of these schools are start ups. An advance degree is preferred. 



5. School Director in Baltimore, MD. Campus has about 400 students. It is expected to grow quickly with its popular massage therapy offerings. Experience as a for profit, career college school director is mandatory. A four year degree is required and a background in massage therapy is also helpful. 


6. School Director in Henderson, NV which is a suburb of Las Vegas. They may be willing to consider a DOA looking to move up to a school director opportunity or a school director who has had a few years of experience. A degree is needed. This is a massage therapy school as well. Experience in massage therapy is helpful.
